I have two great passions: building  brands  and developing business leaders. I have built value for over 200 brands during my more than 15 years of experience in senior management positions in international advertising and consulting agencies. During the past four years I have accompanied dozens of executives in dramatically improving their leadership skills and achieving their career objectives.

Today I am happier than ever. As a Certified Coach by The Inter-American Coaching Academy , I can put all my experience and knowledge to use by helping  people and small / medium companies achieve their goals.
